PIRHL and HIP celebrate completion of new affordable community in Annapolis, historic street dedication in Parole residents

Annapolis, MD (May 9, 2022) – PIRHL and Housing Initiative Partnership (HIP) will host a ribbon cutting and open house to celebrate the completion and official opening of its new 42-unit stacked townhome development in the Parole community, 3 miles east of historic downtown Annapolis. The mixed-income workforce housing development offers eight (8) two-bedroom, and thirty-four (34) three-bedroom units; a bike trail and playground; and a Community Resource Center featuring a community room, fitness room, business center, resident services office, and on-site leasing office.

The buildings are designed to achieve Enterprise Green Communities Certification. HIP will provide access to its onsite Resident Services Program for the residents.
