The Willows at Forest Drive is a 58-unit affordable family rental community located in the City of Annapolis, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The property is next door to the American Legion Post.
This new construction LIHTC property is co-developed and owned by MBID of Delaware, LLC (d/b/a Ingerman) and Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP). The Groundbreaking Ceremony was held in June 2024, and the three buildings are expected to be completed during late summer 2025.
This affordable family rental community will offer a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at 20-50% AMI for Anne Arundel County. These rentals will offer residents open floorplans with energy efficient features, washers & dryers, fully-equipped kitchens with tile backsplash, patios or balconies, large closets and premium flooring.

The Willows at Forest Drive features off-street parking, 24/7 maintenance, and on-site management offices. These amenities are all included with the rent as well as HIP’s CORES-certified Resident Services Programs to assist its residents and strengthen ties with the community.
