The Willows at Forest Drive is a 58-unit affordable family rental community located in the City of Annapolis, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The property is next door to the American Legion Post.
This new construction LIHTC property is co-developed and owned by MBID of Delaware, LLC (d/b/a Ingerman) and Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP). The Groundbreaking Ceremony was held in June 2024, and the three buildings were completed during late fall 2025, and the lease-up process began in November.
This affordable family rental community will offer a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at 20-50% AMI for Anne Arundel County. These rentals will offer residents open floorplans with energy efficient features, washers & dryers, fully-equipped kitchens with tile backsplash, patios or balconies, large closets and premium flooring.
