Madeline Waters

Resident Services Coordinator-Prince George’s County

Madeline joined Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP) in June 2026 as the Resident Services Coordinator for HIP’s senior and family communities in Prince George’s County — Residences at Springbrook, The Birchwood at Newton Green, and Bladensburg Commons.

HIP’s Resident Services Program provides on-site staff in most of its multifamily communities. The Resident Services Coordinators organize a variety of activities and provide individual assistance to residents to help them eliminate barriers to obtaining and maintaining self-sufficiency.

HIP’s CORES-certified programs for residents are organized into four areas:

  1. Housing and Family Stability
  2. Health, Wellness, and Nutrition
  3. Education, Job Skills, and Digital Literacy
  4. Community and Civic Engagement

In this role, Madeline provides referrals to financial resources and wrap-around services in the local community for Bladensburg and Clinton residents and across Prince George’s County. She develops health and educational programs, and community building activities focused on enriching the lives of our Annapolis renters, including individuals, families with children, and seniors.
