County Emergency Rent Relief Programs – 2024
Financial Resources and Legal Protections were available to Maryland Renters During COVID-19, including Emergency Rent Assistance Programs in Montgomery County and Prince George’s County.
NOTE: The Montgomery County Covid Rent Relief application period has closed. However, if you have received a court judgement and are at risk of immediate eviction, there may be funds available. Please call HIP’s counselors for assistance.
In Prince George’s County, As of May 1, 2024 – only renters who have received eviction judgments can apply to the ERAP – Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Check the qualification requirements first by clicking below button.
