Isabel Delgado

CSRAP Application Reviewer

Community Schools Rental Assistance Program

Isabel Delgado joined Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. in October 2026 as an Application Reviewer for HIP’s Community Schools Rental Assistance Program (CSRAP). In this role, she reviews applications and supporting documentation, verifies eligibility, and helps ensure that rental assistance reaches eligible families as efficiently as possible.

Community Schools Rental Assistance Program (CSRAP)

The CSRAP operates in eight local jurisdictions across the State of Maryland. Families and students who are enrolled in designated Community Schools in these jurisdictions while experiencing homelessness or at risk for housing instability can apply for emergency financial support through the CSRAP program during periods when the application window is open and has available funding. HIP is the nonprofit counseling agency chosen to administer the CSRAP in partnership with the Department of Housing & Community Development and community schools in Prince George’s County and Montgomery County.

Isabel brings more than five years of experience in program administration, application processing, and quality control to HIP. She previously worked at the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), where she supported rental and financial assistance programs, reviewed thousands of applications, and helped families navigate documentation and eligibility requirements. Most recently, she worked with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), conducting quality reviews and audits and supporting administrative operations.
