Andrew Foster, MSRE, CREVolunteer Instructor
Andrew Foster is the new volunteer instructor of HIP’s First-Time Homebuyer Orientation Session. Andrew is a Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) where he focuses on commercial real estate credit analysis. Prior to joining KBRA, he was Associate Vice President at the Mortgage Bankers Association and prior to that, held leadership roles at Fitch Ratings and S & P Global Ratings.

This is a 1-hour introductory session intended to help first-time homebuyers understand the process to purchase a home in the current market conditions and inspire them to start their homebuying journey armed with solid information. HIP’s hope is that after the conclusion of the 1-hr session, attendees will be motivated to become mortgage-ready by enrolling in HIP’s Homebuyer Education Workshop on Saturdays, or working one-on-one with a certified housing counselor.
