Luis Perez
Housing Counselor
Luis Perez is a Certified Bilingual (Spanish) Housing Counselor in HIP’s Prince George’s County office.
He has more than 30 years of experience in residential mortgage lending and banking. Prior to joining HIP in November 2010, Luis was a Certified Foreclosure Mitigation Counselor with a non-profit counseling organization in Baltimore County, Maryland. Luis is certified through NeighborWorks, and the Maryland Housing Counselors Network in Foreclosure Prevention, Homebuyer Education, Financial Capability, and Pre-Post Homeownership Counseling.
Luis holds a B.S. degree from New York University, and is a United States Army Veteran. He enjoys spending time with family, and is a devoted New York Yankee’s fan.
