Jocelyn D. Harris is HIP’s Senior Housing Developer. In this role, she coordinates and manages the purchase and rehabilitation of all homes under HIP’s single family rehab program, which creates homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income buyers. Under her direction, housing production has doubled in the past 3 years. Jocelyn also serves as project manager of the owner occupied rehab program, which eradicates code and health violations for low income residents in Prince George’s County. In addition to her development role, Jocelyn generates funding for both HIP and HIP Services.
