Ashlyn Bell is an Assistant Housing Developer in Housing Initiative Partnership’s Prince George’s County Office. She joined HIP full time in July 2019 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with her Master of Public Policy.
Ashlyn assists the Senior Housing Developer to acquire, renovate and sell distressed single-family homes in targeted neighborhoods through the popular “HIP Homes” program, which creates home ownership opportunities for first-time buyers. She also helps manage the owner occupied rehab program, which eradicates code and health violations for low-income residents in Prince George’s County.
