Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP) develops innovative affordable housing, revitalizes neighborhoods, and equips people to achieve their housing and financial goals.

Founded in 1988, HIP is an award-winning nonprofit housing developer and HUD-approved counseling agency based in Hyattsville, Maryland in Prince George’s County. We also operate two offices in neighboring Montgomery County – in Germantown and Gaithersburg.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

HIP is seeking proposals from audit firms for the preparation of our yearly audited financial statements and related filings for the fiscal year of July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024.  HIP is also required to obtain a federal single audit.  If your firm has an interest in submitting a proposal, please send an email requesting the RFP requirements to: hjohnson@hiphomes.org.
