Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP) develops innovative affordable housing, revitalizes neighborhoods, and equips people to achieve their housing and financial goals.
Founded in 1988, HIP is an award-winning nonprofit housing developer and HUD-approved counseling agency based in Hyattsville, Maryland in Prince George’s County. We also operate two offices in neighboring Montgomery County – in Germantown and Gaithersburg.
HIP’s vision is that every person lives in high-quality affordable housing in a thriving community. We pursue this vision by building affordable apartments and homes across Maryland, and providing a full range of housing and financial counseling services to renters, homebuyers, and homeowners to help them realize their goals.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
HIP is seeking proposals from audit firms for the preparation of our yearly audited financial statements and related filings for the fiscal year of July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024.
