Buying a home is no small matter – it is probably the most complicated financial transaction that you will undertake in your lifetime.  Homeowners who receive education prior to purchasing a house gain the skills needed both to navigate the difficult purchase process and to maintain their homes through difficult economic times.  For the last decade, HIP Services has provided thousands of prospective homebuyers with the education and counseling needed to achieve an American Dream that is sustainable for life.

Our sustainable homeownership program includes intensive homebuyer education classes and one-on-one pre-purchase counseling.  The eight-hour homebuyer education classes are held on Saturdays using NeighborWorks “Realizing the American Dream” curriculum.  One-on-one counseling appointments are available to any individual who has participated in our educational classes.
