One-on-one Counseling

HIP Services’ Certified Housing Counselors provide confidential free one-on-one homeownership counseling to individuals who have completed a homebuyer workshop. The counselor will work directly with the homebuyer to help develop a personal budget, repair credit, understand mortgage loan qualifications, review loan products available for low-to-moderate income purchasers, indentify available downpayment assistance programs, and address particular concerns about the homebuying process.
